If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you don’t need to hesitate to contact us even for a second. You can just simply return the unused portion to us within the day limit of your initial purchase we mentioned in our terms and policy, and it will be our pleasure to refund the purchase amount to your card, or issue you a store credit for the purchase amount and make you satisfied with our service so that you can have that trust to be with us for the future dealing. We believe in satisfactory customer service. But please try to note the following minor exceptions to our normally generous return policy:

  • If your product is not defective, usually we don’t give refunds to large-sized productsFor example, if you have purchased a 9000 accounts or 15000accounts package when a 6000 accounts package is also available, it will not be eligible for return.It is our recommendation that you order the smallest available full size or a Moxie Miniif you are trying our products for the first time.
  • If you purchase thousands of bulk accounts for us and gift it to your friend’s office or company, then if they use it, we won’t be able to accept the return and give you refunds. You can only get refunds accounts that won’t be sued or logged in.
  • We won’t be able to process credit card refunds if it occurs more than 120 days from the date of purchase.

These are the simple grounds on which you can ask for refunds to us by returning our products. To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below:

1) As we are always active in our mail, so you can contact us through our mail address, which is given at the bottom of our website. You will also see there a phone number by which you can also contact us. Now, if you want to return accounts and get refunds, you must need to inform us through mail or phone in the first place. After that, we will start our query and will check your returned accounts.

2) Please don’t forget to include your Order Number on the call or mail in the first place. You also need to tell us if you prefer to have your return processed for store credit or as a credit back to the card on which you made the purchase. There is no exchange system in our return and refund policy.

3) You will be notified after we get your request mail for refunds and will give you a notification when our query and checking are over. We will let you know about the surety of having refunds over mail.

4) You need to mail us all the detailed documents of our accounts with the proof of not using them.  We cannot process a credit until we get all the documents of our accounts and have the proof that they were not logged in or used.

5) You can also send them through courier if you want. Then send us to our office address, which is also given at the bottom of the site.

6) You can return all your accounts in a body on our site. You can handover us by yourself though it is tough for most of us. But yet there is an option of this too.

7) For your and your product’s own safety and protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method so that they can be tracked in the case of damage or loss. It willalso ensure prompt delivery of the accounts.

Your return request will be processed promptly.

  • Most refunds are processed within the mentioned period described on the terms and conditions. It will be 7-15 business days from the purchase date of receipt.

 

  • Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the purchase date of receipt and are shipped via Parcel Post or on your credit card. But in case there is an issue, we will let you know for sure. An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

 

Please note: Only products purchased through our online store are returnable for refund. If you wish to return the accounts purchased from our office, then you should attempt to return it at the point of purchase in case you are not willing to take it, or it has any issues. Most of our retailers have generous return policies and should be able to offer you either a full refund or a half refund.   

Fake or lost Items

When your order arrives, please scrutinize them. It has happened enormous of times that documents of accounts are missing. If anything like this happened with you also then do contact us immediately. It is normal for the shipping company to do these things. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at our site or our mail as soon as possible. Try to add your purchase information through the mail. It is a must; otherwise, we won’t look into your matter.
